2017 Shaw BBQ for Hope
On Saturday, April 22, 2017 the Sean Nicol Legacy Fund held the fifth annual Shaw BBQ for Hope fundraiser. With the support of our amazing sponsors and a sold out crowd of family, friends and supporters we raised over $10,000! The proceeds from this event will be invested in the Sean Nicol Legacy Fund and used to support the important work of local organisations working to promote social justice in our community.
The Sean Nicol Legacy Fund Planning Committee would like to thank everyone who attended or supported our event. Thank you to the Selkirk Legion and in particular John and Heather Austin and their dedicated BBQ volunteers without whom this event would not have been possible.
