2016 Shaw BBQ for Hope
On Saturday, April 9, 2016 the Sean Nicol Legacy Fund held the fourth annual Shaw BBQ for Hope fundraiser. With the support of our amazing sponsors and a sold out crowd of family, friends and supporter we raised over $10,000! With donations still rolling in, this year’s event might be the most successful fundraising event the fund has ever held! The proceeds of this event will be invested in the Sean Nicol Legacy Fund and used to support the important work of local charities.
The Sean Nicol Legacy Fund Planning Committee would like to thank everyone who attended or supported our event. Thank you to the Selkirk Legion and in particular John and Heather Austin and their dedicated BBQ volunteers without whom this event would not have been possible.
